The UFC uses QR Codes to direct TV viewers to merch, fight passes on TV. They showed one QR Code yesterday when Islam Makhachev was fighting to sell his trunks from their Official Store, and that, to me, was a great nudge. [image]

Here in Armenia they banned using paper currency for public transport tickets. Instead we have multiple other options: QR codes being the most popular at the moment. We can get them printed at Telcell terminals which are all over the country.

Well how can I not talk about Taylor swift qr code mural that pop up all over US. She used it to promote her tortured poets department album. I remember people flocking down to the street where the qr code was unveiled. It was all over the news.

I recently travelled abroad and ordered an esim before the trip. The esim had a qr code for activation. All you need do is scan the qr code and fill some details and your sim is activated.

I recently attended the funeral of a close friend, and his headstone featured a QR code.

Scanning it led to an album created by his grandchildren, filled with memories of the moments they shared with their grandfather.
