Compressed PDF unable to upload

  1. I converted a very large word file of 100 mb into PDF and further compressed it to 2.3 mb.
  2. I am anable to upload this 2.3 mb PDF file into the QR Code.
  3. Tried several times.
  4. Could I get a solution please.
