Desync of Custom Domain : All links quit working, how to restore?

Hello,

wie are iusing TQRCG since a long time with Custom Domain.
In summer wie updated to the new price model. Anything was going on well.
But now suddenly the codes stopped working.
I logged in and i saw, that i have to create new dns records.
(the old subdomain was qr.immblend.de)
The new records are using qr.qr.immblend.de. But the validation is not accepted by our hosting provider.

Now we have 2 Problems:

  1. we can’t create new codes using qr.immblend.de.
  2. This is the real real problem: the existing one are not reachable. We have a lot of physic product like a book with the QR Codes inside. These are not working anymore an dcreating new one is no option. We HAVE to restore the data of the existing one, but i don’t know how :frowning:
