I have an existing QR code, see attached, that was generated from this platform.
I do not have login information for the code, and I do not know if it is dynamic or static type, but i do need to change the destination.
Is there a way that I can do that on the site? Perhaps load the code and it will allow me to edit it?
Perhaps there is another option that you could offer? Thank you!
Hey @Tamriko_Barda-Viera , thank you for reaching out to our community. Rule of thumb to check whether a code is dynamic is to see if the QR code previews as qr-codes.io/xyz (or similar domains) and doesn’t point to the final URL you’ve set it up with.
Due to privacy concerns, we encourage you to send us an email at support@the-qrcode-generator.com along with your QR code image so we may investigate it further. There’s also an option to give us a chat via the app. You can go to The QR Code Generator then find the Chat widget down the bottom right of your screen.
