How to create a profile and set it up

:one: Click the icon on the top right corner.

Choose the last icon and select ‘Preferences’.

:two: From the Account section, you can update your:

  1. Username
  2. Profile picture
  3. Alternate email address, and
  4. Name

:three: Under Preferences, choose ‘Profile’.

Write a few sentences about yourself to describe your background, interests, and expertise.

Add your location and time zone. You can also share your website or any business URL.

Feel free to add a profile header and date of birth and feature a topic you’ve contributed to.

This is how a complete profile looks.

:four: Once you fill up your profile, you’ll receive the ‘Autobiographer’ badge.

:five: Read the community guidelines to earn a ‘Read Guidelines’ badge.

:six: You’re off to a great start! Finish the setup by writing a few things about yourself in the Introductions section and interacting with other members.
