A QR Code generated via your website has stopped working after approximately two weeks and now displays the following error message:
“Oops, This QR code is no longer active.”
Unfortunately, this QR Code has already been printed on our product packaging and distributed.
We would like to ask if there is any way to reactivate the link or prevent it from expiring.
