All emails from this site have gone to my spam. The auto-renew wasn’t going through (unsure of why) and I received an email that my QR codes were frozen with no links to unfreeze them. I found an older e-mail in my spam asking to update my billing info. I paid the annual fee through the link in that older email. Now 18 hours later, my QR codes are still frozen. If I try to access my account it only shows the Frozen/Payment screen.
I have the invoice & receipt for the payment and sent it to support but haven’t heard back. We have these QR codes printed on our products. Please help.
