QR code problem

Hello,

At the begging of the week I recived an e-mail that one of our QR code is disabled because your system flagged it. From Monday until now I havent got any assistance or feedback from your support regarding my problem.

We pay for your service, the second plan for 50 QR codes and we plan to expand. What should we do so our QR code get fixed?
