Urgent - Reactivate QR code

Deras, I have tried your service and would like to purchase it. We already have a generated QR code, but I cannot find it anywhere in my profile. Would it be possible to add the attached QR code to my profile so that I can activate it and pay for your service?

It’s really urgent because we launched the campaign today and the only contact is in the QR code.

I have already sent the QR code to the support email.

Hello @Martin_Rychly Thank you for sharing your concern with Community! We’ve responded to your email through our Support channel and I’m sorry to say that there’s nothing much we can do to recover deleted QR codes.

I know this isn’t ideal and I’ve made sure that our Product Team is aware of this and are currently assessing the need for a recovery feature.
