I have QR codes that were printed on signs and when they were delivered, the QR Codes no longer work. All of my QR codes (another printed on a big banner) show the message “Safari cant establish a secure connection” - but the sites do work and show in the preview through the QR Generator site. This happens when scanning on iphone and androids…
I all of the codes in my account have stopped working overnight - There was even a scan registered the day before they stopped working
I have hundreds of dollars of signage here for my first big event- I desperately need help!!
Hey @Julie_Donovan Thank you for reaching our Support Community! There are several reasons why this could happen, including VPN, IP Whitelisting with your home or office WiFi, and Internet connection. You can also try to isolate the issue by scanning using your mobile data only (WiFi off).

I am having the same problem! I have invested hundreds of dollars on advertising and retractable banners and the codes have stopped working. I called support yesterday and was promised a return email within 15 minutes. No email. Now no one is answering the phone. What is going on?
Wow!! I hope this helps you— for me, the codes would scan on cellphones using data only. Something about the wifi – here is the response i got:
“There are cases where the company Wi-Fi network blocks a QR code link. I suggest reaching out to your technical team to unblock it. If that isn’t the case, then it is most likely due to the data provider”
HOWEVER - I was on my personal wifi, to which they responded on 5/15 saying they would reach out to spectrum
